Trump’s nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, doesn’t think sitting presidents should be under criminal prosecution or even investigation. A right-wing partisan, Kavanaugh would jeopardize the health of millions of Americans with pre-existing medical conditions and the safety of millions of women, immigrants, and workers. And now Kavanaugh has been accused of sexual assault by multiple women.
