Trump’s assessment was a bit off — by several billion dollars.
According to Forbes, Trump valued his commercial properties $80 million higher than they are worth.
Trump estimated his clubs and related real estate at $1.86 billion; Forbes said that was off by nearly a billion.
Trump claimed in 2015 that his personal brand and licensing was worth $3.3 billion; Forbes said $253 million.
Trump said his other assets were worth $317.4 million; Forbes said $88.5 million.
