The GOP is complicit in Trump's corruption and crimes

Republicans now view their job as blindly protecting Donald Trump instead of our country and its constitution. The GOP’s complicity with Trump is unprecedented and dangerous, and we cannot continue to elect officials who allow and defend such flagrant corruption.

Watch: Trump is politicizing and obstructing an FBI investigation

The Republicans view their job as protecting Trump, not investigating him.

“Essentially it’s the Intelligence Committee majority saying, ‘we’d rather just not know,'” said Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the ranking member of the House Intel Committee. “We’ve never had the power to call in witnesses.”

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), the House Intel chairman, has been in cahoots with the White House. “The Chairman has been an agent of the White House,” said Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL), another member of the committee.

Congressional Republicans and the White House have tried to create excuses to fire Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. Rosenstein has had to publicly state: “The Department of justice is not going to be extorted.”

The GOP’s complicit — in Trump’s corruption, crimes, and cover-up — is unprecedented and frightening.
